Call, email or send us a Facebook message to schedule your free trial. Click here for more information about CrossFit.
1. Show up 15 minutes before class starts to sign in.
2. Wear anything you’re comfortable sweating in!
3. Bring water! You’ll be thirsty during or after your class!
Step 2
After your free trial and you decide to join, we will have you sign up for 4 sessions of Foundations classes spread over two weeks held on Thursday and Saturday. Thursdays Foundations classes are held 9:00am or 7:00pm. Saturday Foundations Classes are held at 11:45am. During these sessions, we will teach you the proper form and execution of different movements to get you prepared for of our classes.
Step 3
Review which class you’d like to attend on our schedule, determine which class you’d like to participate, show up 15 minutes before your chosen class and have fun getting into the best shape of your life!
