How long have you been a CrossFitter or an athlete of CrossFit Kalye Sikanan? I’ve been an athlete at CrossFit Kalye Sikanan for almost 4 months now.
What brought you to CrossFit Kalye Sikanan? I don’t really have plans engaging in any physical activities, but my aunt heard about CrossFit Kalye Sikanan and she invited me to join her in trying it.
How has CrossFit Kalye Sikanan affected you? It made me realize that health is important, it feels good to lose weight and look good.
What is your most memorable moment since becoming a CrossFit Kalye Sikanan athlete? My most memorable moment was my last weigh in, when I lost 6 lbs in a month. Hard work really pays off.
What is your favorite Workout, WOD or exercise movements? My favorite workout is sit-ups.
What do you enjoy doing outside the gym? I think, the only thing that I like to do outside the gym is to sleep and eat, but this time healthy foods.
